Application Terms of Service – Find Card

By downloading, accessing, or using the Find Card application, you agree to be bound by these Application Terms of Service, which constitute the End User License Agreement (EULA) for the app. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the application.

Description of the Service

Find Card is a platform designed to connect users who are looking for Magic: The Gathering cards with other users who wish to offer or sell those cards.

Users may post card requests, submit offers, and communicate with each other through an in-app chat. Find Card's role is strictly limited to facilitating contact between users. We do not participate in transactions, negotiations, payments, deliveries, or exchanges.

User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users, including any agreements, transactions, payments, exchanges, shipments, or in-person meetings.

Find Card does not verify the identity of users, the authenticity or condition of cards, or the accuracy of listings or offers. All transactions are conducted at your own risk.

You agree to use the Service in a lawful, respectful, and responsible manner.

No Liability for Transactions or Meetings

Find Card shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, dispute, or claim arising from:

Find Card does not guarantee that a transaction will be completed or that any user will fulfill their obligations.

Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

Find Card maintains a zero-tolerance policy regarding objectionable content and abusive behavior. This includes, among other things, harassment, threats, hate speech, discrimination, sexually explicit content, fraud, spam, impersonation, and any other conduct intended to intimidate, harm, or deceive other users.

Accounts that engage in this type of conduct may be suspended or permanently deleted, without prior notice.

Reporting, Filtering, and Enforcement

Find Card has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. Violations may result in immediate removal of content and suspension or permanent termination of your account.

Find Card may use automated systems to detect and block objectionable content before it is published, including filters for prohibited language, links, invites, and contact details in chat.

Users may report inappropriate content or behavior directly from the application. All reports are reviewed by our moderation team. Depending on the severity of the violation, we may remove content, restrict features, temporarily suspend, or permanently delete the infringing user's account.

Blocking: Find Card provides an in-app mechanism for users to block abusive users. When you block a user (including when you report a user and choose to block them and close the chat), that user's content and communications are removed from your feed and experience immediately, and Find Card is notified of the inappropriate content or conduct for further review and enforcement.

Enforcement actions are taken at our sole discretion and do not imply that Find Card is responsible for disputes between users.

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or misuse the Service.

You may stop using the Service at any time.

Intellectual Property

All content, branding, trademarks, logos, and software associated with Find Card are the property of Find Card or its licensors and may not be used without prior written permission.

We do not guarantee that the Service will be available at all times or free from errors, interruptions, or delays. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without liability.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Find Card makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the operation of the Service or the accuracy of user-generated content.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Find Card shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
